Heitor has worked at Vodafone Portugal since 2001, initially as technical responsible for the Web portal Vizzavi (the Vodafone and Universal Studios Joint Venture). Since the creation of the Vodafone Live! mobile portal he worked on the project in several roles from partner service integration to responsible for the core service platform and music download service. He now integrates the Innovation and Global Platforms Marketing group which focus on the development and trialling of mobile payment and commerce services. Previously he worked on Link Consulting, initially on an R&D team dedicated to embedded systems and mobility, and later as team lead for Web content management projects. Studied Computer Engineering in Instituto Superior Técnico and Media Foundation Studies in London College of Printing and Distributive Trades (now London College of Communication).
Heitor começou a trabalhar para a Vodafone Portugal em 2001 como responsável técnico pelo portal Vizzavi (uma Joint Venture entre a Vodafone e a Universal Studios ). Desde o aparecimento do portal Vodafone Live! que trabalha neste projecto como parceiro de integração do serviço e responsável pela plataforma do serviço e da parte de download de músicas. Neste momento ele integra o grupo Innovation and Global Platforms Marketing, que se foca no desenvolvimento e 'tracking' de pagamentos de telemóveis e serviços comerciais associados. Anteriormente trabalhou no Link Consulting, como parte da equipa de Investigação & desenvolvimento encorporando sistemas e mobilidade, e mais tarde como chefe de equipa para desenvolvimento de projectos de gestão de conteúdos para a web. Estudou Engenharia de Computadores no Instituto Superior Técnico e no Media Foundation Studies no London College of Printing and Distributive Trades (agora London College of Communication).
